Hiroyuki Tobigane is your average surfer guy, Pretty much! He's optimistic, Easygoing, Laid back, Patient, Kind, And He's pretty damn chill! He prefers to go with the flow rather than planning out his day. Hiroyuki is pretty observant, and doesn't much care for maintaining an ultimate title. Why did he accept the title then? Oh well, Anyway.. Hiroyuki cares alot for the people he loves. Hell, he even cares for some of the people that he hates. He's ultimately good at heart, But this could put him in danger. How is he going to defend himself? How is he going to protect those around him if he's ultimately too good?
