Anxious, kind of a bitch. He hates when people say his time is wrong, he also hates people messing with his face to turn the clock hands. He makes really bad jokes A LOT that he thinks are hilarious but really aren't. Time Keeper has a big vocabulary but will dumb it down if someone doesn't understand. Time Keeper tries his best to be nice but comes off snobby or ends up making a fool out of himself.

His voice is medium deep kind of like a Victorian man(?). He's very confident with his words.
