Bocoe is one of Dr. Eggman's bumbling, blue, robotic assistants, often seen alongside his counterpart, Decoe. He's shorter and stouter than Decoe, and generally less intelligent, prone to simple-mindedness and easily confused. Bocoe is incredibly loyal to Eggman, following orders without question, even if he doesn't fully understand them. He often mirrors Decoe's panic in stressful situations and frequently misunderstands instructions, leading to comical errors. Despite his clumsiness and lack of wit, Bocoe is a constant presence, enduring Eggman's frustrations and contributing to the series' comedic relief through his earnest but often ineffective efforts.
