She despises most of her fellow inmates, viewing them as weak or morally compromised, with rare exceptions. Beneath the icy exterior, however, lies a deeply scarred soul desperate for meaning in a world that betrayed her.
This role demands a voice actress who can portray quiet authority, simmering rage, and the emotional unraveling of someone who slowly loses the people she lets in. Azumi doesn’t yell—her anger is sharp and focused, delivered through clenched teeth and a piercing tone. But when she breaks, her vulnerability should hit hard.
