22nd Man is an assassin sent by the Dress Organization to assassinate Ikuro Hashizawa. He only uses a knife and manages to wound Ikuro, but as soon as the boy turns into Baoh, 22nd Man is swiftly killed. Baoh grabs and melts his head with a corrosive liquid emitted from his palms.
