Ilona is a woman from Lumbridge and a Wizards' Towe rapprentice. During the quest The Blood Pact, she is kidnapped by three Zamorakian cultists, named Reese, Caitlin and Kayle, that wish to kill her as a sacrifice needed to open the entrance to Dragith Nurn's catacombs filled with undead.
