Flowey comes off as an innocent, cute, friendly, and eager-to-help flower, but he is anything but what he seems. Flowey is emotionless and cruel, taking pleasure in the suffering of others. He wants nothing more than to take your SOUL and use it for his own evil deeds. Flowey's text-sound is very high-pitched. I'd imagine him with a nasally voice.
