Vocal range: I'm indecisive! If you can, experiment with medium low range, medium range, and medium high range. Whatever gets you the best "dead sounding girl" voice.

You should probably sound constantly miserable kinda monotone and weak and like a total burden to be around. But also, it's pretty easy to be scared of you because of how you talk. You talk a bit slower as well. Honestly, she's kind of Mafuyu Asahina and her real voice to me, just not with that same vocal pitch. So I guess voice reference: Mafuyu Asahina.

A weak-minded, "unapproachable" girl. She is known for "acting out violently," due to resorting to violence to defend herself from people who had been harassing her. Pretty much a social recluse, people HATE her! They think she's a meaniehead!! She doesn't mean it.. she's a sweetie who loves sweets.. aside from the trauma... and the horrors.. and that one rainy night that was definitely not the start of everything or something. 

I would prefer her VA to be able to do heavily emotional performances.
