Post-Reaper War, Tali managed to build a home on her homeworld with Shepard as her people and the Geth continued to co-exist thanks to the peace Shepard established during the Reaper war.
Tali in this story is living her best life, married to Shepard (having changed her name from Tali'Zorah to Tali'Shepard), she's surprised by Shepard's proposal of adoption and while initially worried about it, Tali is rather quickly swept up in the excitement of it.

Oops, forgot to give my mass effect history: I played this game for the first time when I was 15 and it broke my brain. I LOVED it but the ending crushed me, and I'm still moved by how much this game was able to impact me. I've replayed it several times since. It'd be such an honor to participate in a project related to it, especially as my personal best girl Tali!
