Dess is Noelle’s older sister, known for her wild, chaotic, and mischievous personality. Though she hasn’t appeared directly in-game, she’s described as loud, unpredictable, and full of energy, often causing trouble in a playful way.

We will be exploring various states of the Character. Some leaning towards a more silly (child-like) demeanor, while other interpretations might lean into a more serious and delinquent demeanor.
