An ambush/trickster killer who utilizes hallucinations, ranged and movement abilities against the survivors to terrifying effect, and has personal history with 007n7, as they used to be colleagues during their glory days as exploiters, even close friends. Now, though, he's out to sow chaos in rounds, and his bond with 007n7 unfortunately hasn't persisted.

Chaotic yet enigmatic, any auditioner aiming for this role will need to be able to effectively convey a wide range of emotions, and sell all the different facets of Noli's character well, ranging from chaotic and humorous to serious and threatening.
