Clara is a clerk who works in a Library in the village just outside of the kingdom. She is one of the many many people who know about Gal 'causing' The Princess Chiyo to runaway and disappear for so long. But once she hears why.. She opens up to Gal, and doesn't blame her so much. Clara doesn't realize she does have feelings for Gal, and she's kind of dense.
