"Vella" is a cosplayer who briefly visits VA-11 Hall-A along with Essentia on her way to the Athena Convention Center. She only shows up once I believe, so she's very minor.

Any type of medium-low to medium-high voice could probably work, I don't think I'm too picky for her! Other than that, feel free to try anything! Since there's no real canon voices for them, there aren't any limits!
