Flowey takes the role of Bendy, taunting Frisk into giving up their soul in order to set the monsters free. Much like Bendy, he should have a mischievous voice, but should also be able to make it dark and demonic when needed.
(P.S. I would prefer Flowey as a boy, but if you're a girl and do a good audition, I may change my mind ;) )

The only thing I would say is that it sounds a bit gentle. Flowey needs to be very energetic and taunting, but besides that, the voice is very good :)
