Kate is a nine-year-old resident of the winter side of the castle where he’s under the care of the most wanted vigilante known as Cobalt. He spent most of his time is isolated in the house where his caretaker found him in and spends most of his time cleaning around the house, watching movies, and being a hyperactive kind of kid. His his behavior is described as being very hyperactive (as stated before), Skippy, pack with sugar, known overstep boundaries at times but never intentional just a wave for him to get to know someone better and make friends, very loving, caring, and having a unique trait of them being poetic; he’s often very speedy in his speech and and he profess himself to be very quirky, which gives him that be love to charm to him that Cobalt sees in him. Often wants to go out and explore the “world” with Cobalt but it’s always told to stay back for. She doesn’t want to see him potentially get hurt, especially if something very massive that she’s going out to go deal with. He only wants to make her proud of him, since she’s only kind of friend he’s ever had and wants to be just like her when he grows up and with him meeting Herbert and Ike, he’s never afraid to present himself as a useful asset in their goal, which is to take down Matilda and free everyone from her influence
