I don't know how to explain his accent, but make it sort of not posh british or sort of Irish.. Joker is trys to make everything joyful, but he is not happy. He is pretty much a slave to his "father" and does anything for him because he saved Joker's life. Oh and he runs a circus. I am not trying to be rude. I am trying to give you feedback on something to help you. You sound like a girl trying way too hard to get into a guy's voice. I didn't hear that much emotion in it either. The main thing you need to focus on in my opinion is acting in vocal ranges you can do.
