The main lead besides Jack, an ally of the newsies, and a spirited reporter. He also happens to be very socially awkward and a minor outcast from high society. Not a lot of people have been willing to give him a chance, which is why writing the article about the newsies strike is his first big break! (This is a slight canon change from Katherine in the original show.)

Katherine has one solo, Watch What Happens; a duet with Jack; and a few solos in other songs. We're looking for a male with any voice type. And don't worry, all lyrics will be changed to fit a male actor.
