Oh Kaga.. Kaga is a mad scientist who plans to take over the world. He borderline stalks Megami Saikou, the future CEO of Saikou Corp, and plans to find away to take over her role somehow. He builds amazing robots and is basically the next Einstein. He was reading at 2, writing at 4, bilingual at 6 and had a genius level IQ at 8. He could easily be in a college right now but for some reason chooses to stay in Akademi. Why?
