Here are the bare-minimum expectations for animators:

• Mainstream Software preferred, by Minecraft standards (Mine-Imator, Blender, or Cinema 4D)
  • Note: ANY Software is allowed, as long as it isn't too restricting. Mine-Imator is considered low-grade, while Blender or C4D is preferred/a huge plus.
• Creating an animation to a point of completion. From sequence, lighting, & sound (if applicable).
• This includes both short-form (1 minute or less) & longform (1-5 minutes) animations, being willing to do short films (30 minutes or less) is a plus.
• The final product should only require basic assemblance/editing & finishing touches by the team leader, although the ability to take away those burdens by having that skillset as well is greatly appreciated.
