Very strong read here Mikhail. I will say, you probably didn't need to refine it to such a degree, but the effort shows. Your articulation and B G and K sounds are shaped very nicely through most of the read. Most impressive at such a blistering pace.

Speaking of the pace, it's almost as if you took the notion of speed **not** being a factor as a challenge. You are going so incredibly quickly here. This isn't a real commercial read! We don't have any limit on run time! Breathe, let the script breathe, it's ok to slow this down.

The focus here this week was on championing clear and enunciated script. You did very well in that regard. The only times where I could hear a struggle can be attributed to going at such a fast pace. Sometimes your words would run into each other and loose that crisp clarity the rest of the scrip has. Of particular note, the section that goes "we've been working nonstop...gratify your Blood Bug cravings." Was exceptionally well done. Enough space was put between each word to fully articulate on each and every consonant in that sentence. The weakest word was consistently and that's a tricky combination of s's and hard t's at a rapid pace. In fact most of the lack of clarity in the script comes in the middle of words, where the consonants get a little blurred together and get a little mushy. When that happens, take it as a sign to slow down and give that word more room to breathe and get articulated.

It is very impressive just how fast you were able to get while retaining splendid articulation. If we were to hit this again, I'd like to hear more of a smile in your read. Because of the speed and focus on articulation, your commercial character here sounds a little high strung. There's a tension to the read that wouldn't be super marketable as a commercial. It sounds like a early 2000's epic commercial voice except the narrator's just taken some adrenaline from left 4 dead and is on 1 hp and +50 ablative health. Little niche of a reference point hopefully you understand what I mean though. In an actual commercial we'd want to sound more casual and easy going even when the script is going by fast. A little contradictory sounding, but mostly I mean to want to hear more of a smile and more fun within the script. Enjoy the read more and let yourself express that fun into the mic!

Great work on this Mikhail, looking forward to listening to more of what ya cook up! Please don't spend as long on the homeworks though! Hearing more of the raw struggles and mistakes can help us help you get better at recovery and know how to overcome those struggles!

Thank you for observations and compliments.

I've been a fast talker my entire life due to being raised as a middle child of seven siblings (including myself), and we basically had to learn to get a word in edge-wise by speaking up and speaking quickly. What did that accomplish? Well, we all copied each other, and now we all understand each other AND we speak really fast (including my parents)! Whoops! LOL Sometimes, people watching us are just amazed at how we can understand each other, even though we understand each other perfectly. (I've even been called "Micro Machines Man" on occasion.)

Nowadays, it's basically become a bad habit that I've had to learn to break, and that involves really forcing myself to speak slowly and meticulously. Honestly, I thought I was pacing myself with this read, but seeing your detailed observations ("blistering", "quickly", "fast"), I can now see that I have some ways to go, which means even slower reading speed and enunciating consonants, vowels, and plosives even more consciously, and that just makes it even more challenging for me breaking a lifetime of ingrained speaking habits. Even so, I'm willing to bet that you wouldn't be saying those things if you knew what I was capable of achieving. So I'm going to work at it, and the next script will definitely reflect my commitment.

    Thank you again. :)
