hargon is wintry rhone's mad priest and leader of the children of hargon, a death cult and purveyors of the god of destruction malroth's design. being "secretly" (it's obvious) insecure about measuring up against other demon lords and powers that be, hargon overcompensates by trying to appear bigger and badder than reality allows.
