Cyandic, Codename 21, one of the main Protagonists of Hostility UF2. He's an Agent of "Ground Down" sent on a mission to infiltrate the Sayair C2 Base, a biomedical corp, to extract a sample of antibodies that could "change the course of humanity".

Cyandic does not have a voice claim, as do none of the other characters in the game as all dialogue mostly appears as text. I'll pick the candidates that most closely resemble what I imagine him to sound like in my head, for some pointers, I think he's got a very main-character-y voice that isn't afraid of taking on a witty undertone.
