I enjoyed your accent! If you speak another language fluently be sure to include that on your website when you have one as this definitely gives you an advantage in voice acting. :)

0:15  I hear “term” instead of “terms” - be sure to go slow enough you can fully pronounce the words and clearly enunciate.

0:26 I hear “alternation” instead of “alteration”

0:46 Read “entrée” as “entry”

1:47 Added word “to”

1:49 Read “that is” instead of “that’s”

2:06, 2:30 Mispronounced “gourmet”. Don’t be afraid to look up how to pronounce words online if you aren’t familiar with them. Some great reference sources include Cambridge Dictionary (https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/), youglish.com, and forvo.com and You Tube Videos among other places (there’s a lot of options out there). You can simply type in “How to pronounce [word]” in Google search and it should give you several references.

3:10 Read “purchase” instead of “purchases” - be aware of changing words and dropping or adding “s”

For actual auditions, be sure to quality check your work after recording to ensure you correctly performed the script and of course edit out any mistakes.

Overall, excellent work with projection! I thought you also did a great job with pronunciation and enunciation in your read. Good use of variations too throughout the performance. Nice job in going back to a good pausing point (like the beginning of the sentence) and starting again when you stumble or make a mistake - this makes editing much easier!

Excellent read. Keep up the great work!

Thank you. I tend to combine pronunciation of words/sentences in British, With Polish accent and sometimes American neutral. I'm hoping that over time, through taking part in castings and communicating with others, this will become more unified.

I do tend to google pronunciation of words when I’m really not sure but I guess I need to do that more frequently.
