If it was a broadcast, it would be good. But, since it's supposed to address a crowd, I would recommend giving it more volume. I also recommend using noise reduction if you were recording in Audacity, etc. Other than that, I like it. I would describe your voice as a "hero" voice.

      Audacity is free. It's not the best, but a lot of people use it. There's also a bunch of tutorials online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlJSTavIY3k
