Leo Carter (Scarletts Brother - SIDE CHARACTER)

Leo is Scarlett’s little brother. He is very much an introverted person and likes playing with his toys by himself most of the time. He likes things done a specific way and doesn’t want people to mess that up when playing. However, his acceptation is Scarlett. He looks up to Scarlett so much and wants to be with her most of the time as he hasn’t made many friends.
