Vanessa, 15, is a sharp and spunky scholar. She is the best friend of Connie, who is a main character in the series. As the president of the Debate Club, Math Club, and founder of her high school's Culture Club, Vanessa moves through the halls like she is already running for office. She makes being a hard worker look easy, and is often rewarded for her efforts.
