Composer / Musician – Audition Info

🎭 Role Summary (for CCC listing or Discord):

We are looking for a composer or musician to join the team behind DREADWATCH: The Musical — a dark, dramatic sci-fi horror series transformed into a musical storytelling experience. Think: EPIC: The Musical, Hadestown, Limbus Company meets Les Misérables with eldritch dread.

You’ll help craft:

Character theme songs

Group ensemble pieces

Emotional motifs (grief, chaos, hope)

Short battle or transition tracks

(Optional) Background loops for scenes/dialogue

🎵 Ideal Style & Genre Inspiration:

Epic orchestral with emotional cinematic elements

Strong use of strings, piano, synth, and ambient dread

Lyrical structure that supports dramatic lyrics

Bonus if you’re inspired by:

EPIC: The Musical

Nier: Automata / Limbus Company OSTs

Hades / Hadestown

Undertale / Deltarune (for layered emotion)

🛠️ Requirements:

Able to work with a script or lyrical outline

Comfortable composing original music in orchestral/musical theatre styles

Can deliver in WAV or MP3 format

Bonus: open to collaborating with lyricist or voice actors
