Shamshell is the 4th angel, the second to attack Tokyo-3  a mere 3 weeks after Sachiel's attack marked the return of the Angels. Shamshell doesn't have a personality in the original show so I've decided to make him energetic, silly, talkative, and kinda a prick. since he doesn't have a voice in the original show feel free to go crazy with his voice and take it any direction you want, you can use a voice changer if you want as well. it will be a running joke the the episode that he looks like a peepee
