A cunning boy and the student representative's secretary, and is seen as serious and necessarily stern by most. He has an unsettling smile whenever he gets close to Haruki however, and becomes scarily obsessive and clingy to him. This attitude disappears almost completely once Haruki is out of his line of sight.

Tadashi should be able to flip from level headed to quick and obsessive very quickly. He does not have a set voice range in mind, so be creative!
