Someone who is willing to learn every aspect of creating these roleplay, and is able to help out with casting, and cast management.

I need someone who has the ability to make decisions best fit for not only the cast and crew, but also what's best production wise. Be able to give different ideas, and handle tough situations.

I also may need you to read scripts, as i am not good at that.
