**PLEASE ONLY AUDITION IF YOU ARE 18+!**

“Scott Pilgrim is the titular character of the Scott Pilgrim series. He's a 23-year-old (22 in the movie) Canadian slacker, bass guitarist for the band Sex Bob-Omb, and video game enthusiast living in Toronto. Scott's life takes a turn when he meets Ramona Flowers and learns he must defeat her seven evil exes to win her heart.”

“Personality: Scott is often described as lazy, sweet, and awkward. He tends to avoid responsibility and is a bit of a slacker, but he's also genuinely kind and well-meaning, though sometimes oblivious.”

Voice claim: Michael Cera, though we are open to other interpretations of the voice, as long as the energy matches the character.

SINGING IS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE!

Feel free to add any extra lines if you want!

AT THE END OF YOUR AUDITION, please sing a little bit of 'Ramona' by Beck:

The sides they read from:

  • 1. (Mouth full.) “Bread makes you FAT???” 2. (Nervous, trying to come up with an excuse and miserably failing.) “Uhhhh… I gotta pee on her!... I mean, I gotta pee. Pee time.” 3. “When I'm around you, I kind of feel like I'm on drugs. Not that I do drugs. Unless you do drugs, in which case I do them all the time. Every drug.”

  • 1. (Furious.) “That's it! You cocky cock! You'll pay for your crimes against humanity!!!” 2. (Sad and defeated, a little whiny.) “You know what really sucks…? Everything.” 3. (Serious.) “I know you play mysterious and aloof just to avoid getting hurt. And I know you have reasons for not wanting to talk about your past. I want you to know that I don't care about any of that stuff. Because I'm in lesbians with you.”

  • (Confident but slowly becoming more awkward.) “Hey, you know Pac-Man? …Well, Pac-man was originally called Puck-man. They changed it because... Not because Pac-man looks like a hockey puck. "Paku Paku" means "flap your mouth", and they were worried that people would change, scratch out the P turn it into an F, like…”
