Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue on making puns, even if a Toon doesn’t like it. He also seems to be forgetful.

No particular voice in mind. Young masc, slightly nasally, maybe with a goofy kind of influx to fit his constant pun based personality.
