LOGMER is a character that briefly appears in the game mostly in the prologue, during the tutorial. However, hes just as important of a character as anyone else. Mostly based off of characters like 'Wheatly' from Portal and 'Codsworth' from Fallout; he's a robotic-like AI unit located on the first place the player wakes up on, Asteroid VELTA-426. LOGMER oversees the asteroid, to ensure players / prisoners are completing their daily duties, and going to the mines for resources. 

Overall, hes a little bit snobbish in personality; with a rich-kid type attitude... Often acting snarky with 'prisoners' as he sees himself above them, machines should rule over humans. Though he often masks this snarkiness with a cheerful tone. 

Though, he is quite afraid of abandonment and being left to rot like most machines are in this world.
