The Celebration is an interesting individual.
They appear to have a super absorbent memory, allowing them to instantly store and recall information they have read. Unfortunately, they are guilty of not utilizing this talent to the full potential, either choosing not to consume said information or using this ability to take in, to put it bluntly, rather useless facts.
Their default personality is one of someone who is resigned and serious, almost apathetic. But they can shift into a persona that is upbeat and excitable, especially when talking about a certain topic.
The Celebration has a low to medium voice, they are nonbinary with a masc lean, creative liberties are appreciated!
