The Joker is a very sarcastic and smooth-talking person. For the uninitiated, they may sound completely insane with all the random tangents they go off on, but they just like to hear themselves talk.
A former runaway, the Joker has found themselves into some wealth largely due to their talent. They may sound jaded at one minute and eccentric the next. They have a kind soul however, and will be your closest ally....once they learn to trust you that is.
The Joker has a medium-high ranged voice, with a more fem lean, and is Filipino, but creative liberties are appreciated! They are a nonbinary character.
