An investigative reporter for the Hub Sun. Was a combat reporter and a crime reporter for The Redding Times. Reported on the Battle of Fresno, crime in the Mar, the Hub Riots of 2273. Press censorship of the Mojave Campaign prevents him from reporting on the war with the Legion. Became a crime reporter for the Hub Sun instead. Arrived in Baker after the Morton-Stanton standoff.

Well, in my youth, I signed up with the army for the scholarship money. To help me out with experience before college, I was given a job with the army's newspaper.
Maybe the NCR isn't actually doing as well as Kimball says we are. Or maybe we are winning, but the prices we're paying are too high.
