The little-seen founder of The Underwater Railroad. If people didn't know any better, they might say he's a living corpse. Whenever he does appear, even the workers seem nervous, as if his presence means imminent death...
He's not actually in the game yet (haven't started writing Scenario B), so these lines probably don't represent anything he'll actually say.
