Prior to her disappearance, Evangeline Vasco was under BLCSS observation. De’Andre was her assigned handler—attempting to sever her psychic link to the cultic entity hunting her. But contact was lost weeks before Dorian’s arrival.
When Dorian finds traces of BLCSS encrypted into Evangeline’s diary, it leads him to De’Andre’s hidden network. Reluctant to reopen a case he considers a personal failure, De’Andre initially resists—but he knows something darker is coming. And this time, he may be the only one who can prepare Dorian for the fight ahead.
