Chilli is a Silent, Unknown Killer that oftens keeps out around the Water Facility, everytime a trespasser tries to look around the facility, around their surroundings get more tensive, very tensious that Chilli will kill them.

Chilli is also Tyler's childhood friend since Kindergarden, and everytime they get to hang out until halfway to Secondary School, then reunited, and look where we're are now.
