Looking for both male and female talent for this role.
Captain Ren Ang is proud but still quite green. Loyal to the dynasty, its ways of life, and its various protocols. Eager to prove themselves, they are still early in military service compared to higher officials, but with strong convictions in the emperor's light and small town back home that they fight to protect, Ren Ang is persistent.
Not looking for anything specific for a voice profile, but given Ren's rural origins, maybe a tinge of an accent is hidden behind their speech. She/he is from the dynasty, a meritocratic empire. I prefer an Asian-esque accent, but I will be accepting auditions without it as well.
