Elnina is one of the minor weather-themed antagonists within DELTARUNE. She is the lover of the other minor antagonist, "Lanino", both supposed to be the star-crossed couple of Tenna's TV show. During the chapter, they undergo a break up, before re-uniting again.
The name, seeming to be a reference to El Niño and La Ni, makes me imagine the characters perhaps having Hispanic accents that reflect that. Of course, this is only what I think, so please send over your own interpretations if you think otherwise! Other than that, she seems like a Young Female.
One does NOT need to be of any specific race or ethnicity to audition!
