The President is a rational and dignified man. Though he was initially bewildered by the antics of Sonic the Hedgehog and friends, he came to respect them after they helped save the world in the Space Colony ARK incident. He is a brave leader who refuses to surrender, even when faced with dire odds such as the Black Arms invasion.
