King_of_Diamonds for The Commander
The Commander is one of the main antagonists of the series, He is a sly, dangerous puppetmaster who could easily mark anyone for death with a single order.
He can switch between good cop and bad cop within a second, putting on a friendly mask for everyone around him, while also managing to snap anyone back into place if they dare bark back at him.
But... He is also known for having a short fuse, getting infuriated if things don't go as planned, he will stop at nothing to wrap up loose ends.
He doesn't have a set accent or anything, so feel free to experiment!
