Ciaran McAllicudy (pronounced the same as "Kieran") is a quiet soul. Timid and nervous, especially towards Ritsuka, he becomes a close friend of Tsukiko and Akiko's throughout the course of the game, due to them being the only two he can be himself around.

Voice Description: Despite his meek personality and quietness, Ciaran's voice is quite deep. However, every time he speaks, he sounds uncertain, as if he's asking for permission. 

Ciaran is Irish, but this does not mean he needs to have an Irish accent. If you naturally have one, you don't need to disguise it.
