Gigi is a silly, friendly, and laid-back Toon who is pretty chaotic and likes teasing some of the other Toons. She is most likely a hoarder and a thief along with being disorganized, blaming other Toons if she gets suspected of stealing items. She might be portrayed acquisitive as well, (albeit not confirmed). Based off interactions with several other toons, it is suggested (not confirmed) that she may be a kleptomaniac. She also appears to not like keeping promises, as implied her interaction with Vee. She is good friends with Flutter, Poppy, and Connie, and enjoys doing activities with them.

Her voice should be a young female with a slight valley girl ish tone to it. A near perfect voice would be Season 1 Mandy (Ian & Mandy). This is a decent example of the voice in mind.
