ITA, also known as the Independent Television Authority, is one of the 2 main antagonists of Regional Broadcast Precure. He is one of the two heads of the network, keeping all of it together and running. Alongside his determined and sly brother IBA (Independent Broadcasting Authority), he plans to fuse all the regional networks of ITV under one name, but unlike his brother, he's partially against the idea. He's known to be quiet sometimes due to his brother berating him from time to time. Although he does find the cures a bit heroic, he's compliant with his brother in order to not displease him.
