Another one of the Totoma's weapons. He is usually an innocent and calm but sarcastic solider. However, he once unlocked a form that is very dangerous with power. Not only that, he looses his mind using it.


I'd recommend going where you want with this voice. Two things though. 
First off, don't make him sound like a villain, Make him sound like a teenager. Two, using Broly's voice is okay, just take a different route with it.

  • I hate to pull out this form. However, these brats leave me no choice.

  • I hate to break it to you, but Celera [Cel-Er-A] is right. Just the two of us can't take over an entire planet of fighters. And No less in 2 days. 

  • [Various grunts and impacts sounds followed by a transformation]
