Tabby Wibbler is a bit of a loose cannon due to her ridiculous inventions and explosive ideas, causing mayhem wherever she goes. Because of her "reverse Midas touch" (everything she touches turns to shit), she's been fired and rejected from MANY jobs... so she takes it upon herself to get something done, much to Diamond City's dismay. At the end of the day she doesn't really mean any harm, she just causes harm from the destructive nature of her gizmos and gadgets, too focused on the job to realize what's happening... she's a bit of a kooky character, but she's a sweetheart once you get to know her. (If you can get past her skittish personality.)

Multiple explosions across the city, power outages at random intervals, the occasional electrical box going missing!?! All of those were a mere coincidence! Wrong place, wrong time, I have nothing to do with any of it!!!"

June: (chasing after her, lying through her teeth) "I'll give you a pair of limited edition bolt cutters if you stop and tell the truth!"

Tabby: (screeching to a halt) "....what brand?"

June: "The Fillian Prismatic Kind."

Tabby: (skeptical) "How did you... acquire them?"

June: "...The noir market."

Tabby: ".....I don't believe you."

Tabby: "....."

Tabby: (sticking her hand out) "But! That's a risk I'm willing to take, deal! AHHHHDJDNFDKDJFBF" (June shakes her hand and tases her)

June: (pointing above Tabby) "GASP! What's that over there?!"

Tabby: "Hah! I'm not falling for that! It's the oldest trick in the-" (notices an anvil falling overhead) "Oh. Wow, yeah, that's not supposed to be there-" (clanging noise as the anvil knocks her into the ground.)
