Currently, this will be an extremely low-paying role, and when my content creation gets more traction it will then be the time we can discuss more payment that will become more reasonable as things start growing.

You will be paid at least $15 per video that deals with 2-3 hours of footage. Again, this will increase as I gain traction. If I give more than 2-3 hours of footage, I will pay accordingly (maybe $5 per extra hour of footage).

I make primarily gaming videos for now, and I want the videos to be kind of chaotic and fast-paced but fun to watch and could keep someone's eye for the whole video. However, I would also like if someone knew how to also edit a little more casually but still engaging if asked (i.e. if I were playing an indie game and want to show off the game more, or if I want to do a full gameplay in one video) 

For the fast-paced but fun to watch videos, I would like the footage to be edited down into 8-20 minutes. For the slower-paced and more casual yet still engaging videos, I would like them to range from 30-90 minutes. I would also like most of my words subtitled (or sometimes with longer videos as that would be a lot of subtitles haha).

Some YouTubers I enjoy and looking for a similar editing style of or a combination of them are DougDoug, RTGame, Alpharad, and Shenpai.

I'm hoping for multiple editors as I am hoping for around 2-3 videos a week, but I understand when people need time and I'm fine with even one video a week as it is better than none.
