Razzle and Dazzle both have extremely different personalities, which represent their respective theatre masks. Dazzle is a gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. After being complimented by Boxten, Dazzle says "I wish my best was enough...", which further suggests this.

However, despite being so different, neither twin fights, instead being open and accepting of each other in lieu their oppositions.

His voice can be masculine or androgynous, with fem also being a possibility. There should be a whiny, downbeat tone.
